You aren't a bad person if you doing what you may to survive, you move forward and focus on doing good and then defeat the evil boss. The mindset of a good person is what makes you good even as you are following. Although as SSundee said he needs to follow or else he will die, so he needs to get powerful enough to kill the monster. The difference is, it is the story's plot. It is fun either way!

Gee, if only there was a weapon (or three) that was made just to kill creatures that you know the first letter of their name. Alas, no such weapon is known to us, and the tentacle creature thing will reign. Also, isn't it weird how every other item that activates on death is phrased using "max health damage" but this one is phrased using "lethal damage". Weird huh? It's almost like everyone is gearing up with a somewhat reliable source of true damage that you can't just turn off by taking away their health or killing them with true damage.

yeah, there are weapons like that named sword of selection, sniper of selection, and Ray of selection. but you can only input letters so it's useless on nameless beings and beings that have symbols for name or numbers so any being that has a name that is not a letter they are immune or if the weapon has an effect that if your name isn't letters that use 100% true damage then that weapon is almost fullproof then the only immune are nameless beings
