Carlos Llauger from Corvus Belli is here to walk us through the concept artwork for each character in the new JSA faction.
The new characters are:
Keisotsu Butai
Kempeitai
Kuroshi rider
Oniwaban
HVT Kuge Delegates
Ryuken Unit-9
Daiyokai Dengekitai
Kaizoku Spec-Ops
As well as character design we see weapon loadouts and how the story has evolved the availability of certain types of gear.

The idea of different weapons due to being supported by outside powers is a simple but really beautiful "real world" touch to these designs. So practical and still "fluffy." Really appreciate the thought that CB puts into these kinds of details!

Started JSA for the bikers, so *very* happy about the Celty homage with the Black Rider :) The only thing i'm not super happy about with it is the overdesigned scythe. I realize it's an energy-enhanced weapon, but the wibbly-wobbly scythe blade looks so bizzare to me xD I might just replace/alter that myself, we'll see when I've got the model in hand.

From what i remember, Daiyokai is somewhat recalls a mech from 2013 Wolverine. Also with a fancy hat and banners.

Daiyokai is my fav for sure. PanO weaponry is a great touch, and will look even better on the table within mercenary forces like Ikari. The Druze and other mercs already carry factionally diverse weaponry, so those touches will really add to theme.
