Infinity Wax Power foam Test & Review

In this video i test out different ratios (Dilutions) of infinity waxes latest offering of snow foam, Power Foam.
I test on 2 weeks worth of road grime to see how the foam gets on at a 50:1, 20:1 and 10:1 dilution.
I then perform a further test to see if it will strip away any sealants or waxes.

Dave, I really like the relaxed approach. makes watching your videos as though we are there with you. Personally, Im a little cynical of snow foams and struggle to find one that does what it says on the tin. Im enjoying working my way through all the vids

I agree with you on that point, there are very few snowfoams that do what they say on the tin. I generally find layering them on top of a citrus based prewash does a much better job at removing traffic film. Im going to be doing the same with your videos over the holidays 😬😬😬

Thanks for that Dave I see your an Infinity Wax Convert 😉 Her the question that everybody wants to know, how does it compare to Bilt Hamber Auto Foam? Personally, it appears to cling much better than BH be interesting to hear yours and others views?

Thats a good question and unfortunately one that i cant answer as believe it or not i have never used the Bilt Hamber auto foam. I think you've just given me an idea for a future video 😁

I can tell you that BH will not clean as well using those dilutions!, try putting 25ml of BH Autofoam into 500ml of water and it’ll just run off the car in minutes, but BH is designed to work at a PIR of 4% so for the same 500ml of water you’d need to dilute around 50-50 (depending on your pressure washer) which equals 75p cost

@@GMDetails I agree you need more like 250 MLS of BH. I am going to use up my the last of my BH and try something new. At the moment for a good clean, I like Garage Therapy Zero my car is coated so not worried at LSP.

It is about twice as strong as BH AF, I did a test recently on my detailing channel, @118_aye and my Instagram @aye_for_detail

@@TheSocialPlumber I watched your video ages ago and also commented on it that you haven’t understood the PIR dilution of Bilt Hamber, 1-5 ratio is nowhere near the strength it is designed to be used at, therefor the test between the two is inconclusive. With Dave’s test even at a strong 1-10 ratio with Power Foam was pretty close to how Autofoam would perform, and still fractionally cheaper than Autofoam as well BUT, Bilt Hamber Autofoam also inhibits rust which is an incredible bonus for an extra few pence per wash, does Infinity Wax do the same? 🤔

From the reviews I have seen on GSF I would go with Power Foam, GSF is not very thick and doesn’t seem to be a great cleaner

@David McBay OK I'll probably get the citrus pre wash to and there shampoo. If I bought a water filter would I not need to dry the vehicle then?

The IW citrus is fantastic and if your in need of a shampoo your aswell ordering all together. Realistically I would allways dry the car, I’m still not convinced by the water filters and have see a videos of cars with water spotting even after using a filter

@@DavidMcBay That's what I thought. Puts me off using Power foam as you have to buy another shampoo which puts me off to be honest. Will just stick to the Infinity Wax Rapid Detailer Limited edition. Which I have 3 bottles.. Lol. Best product I have used in years. 👌👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. Stay safe and have a nice Christmas. I forgot to add I either use ONR spring and Summer and Maguires Gold Class in Autumn and Winter.
