Samsung has advertising in it's theme store. So i don't really see what the complaint is. You wont get samsung or other smartphone companys offering a phone at this price with insane specs and the stuff you get with it!

@@PAUL-MH ... Yeah Samsung started doing it tooa few years back. Especially on the cheaper phones. That's why I used to like OnePlus ... But am not sure about the newer OnePlus models which are basically Oppo. Maybe their system is not as clean as the old OnePlus.

@@Prime_LTD ... Personally, I am okay keeping the same version of Android even for 5yrs. So long as I can install the latest apps. The important thing is security updates. Some major updates normally break the phone, and actually REMOVE features that came with the phone out of the box. In 2020 I got a OnePlus7Pro with Android 10 ... After months, Android 11 was available for it. I downloaded it and immediately regretted it. Some features got removed, the interface was worse, and they added nagware to try and force me to create a OnePlus account. Terrible. Better to buy a phone with the exact features you need upfront, out of the box. Instead of expecting anything better at a later date.
