The price is insane here and it's offers way more value than Note 30 Pro. Excellent AMOLED 120Hz refresh rate display with even smaller bezels, JBL stereo sound, 12GB RAM, Dimensity 8050, premium design with glass and protection by Corning Gorilla Glass + IP53, 256GB internal storage + micfoSD expansion and even a headphone jack! My only complain is the lack of a ultrawide camera, which is a downgrade from the original VIP. About the 120W wired charging from the original VIP, well... I accept the trade for 68W wired + 50W wireless + reverse charging + bypass charging. 68W is fast enough for me. In my opinion, this phone does deserve the VIP title, despite a few things. I would like to see a comparison between Infinix Note 30 VIP and Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G or Premier. Both have pretty similar specs and price tags.

Yeah they really provided all Even Dedicated Dual Sim Support with SD Card Slot + Headphone Jack I love them for this It would've been good if this phone would have a ultrawide camera too which mimics as a macro camera too Two Camera are Enough

Your reviews have gotten so much better! Wonderful job Izzi. Imo, Infinix are edging closer to the extreme value for money bracket. They should improve just a little more on their cost cutting aspects like their cameras and their ux. It's high time we see a proper combo of the UW and a depth sensing unit at least, (if not a telephoto 😬😂 *obviously very unusual at their sub 300-400 usd price point*), nobody needs a macro or whatever other shitty ass lens they slap at the back. Or they could just do a bit more polishing on the software side. Their UX on the other hand, is begging for a redefine, they've had that feel for years! *Those low budget, edgy shapes of animations*.Take the charging animation for example, it looks meh, nothing too bad, but it could use a bit of redefining. And also other little shapes of status bars and other things. Don't even get me started on bloatware and preinstalled crapware. I know I'm just nitpicking atp, and I barely say anything about Transission holdings devices, and tbh, I think they've finally started making big decisions that's qualifying for the global market, but if they want to compete on the global scale with the midrange gods, the likes of Redmi, bbk phones, heck! they need a bit more essence.

@@segunfamaye5377 There's a shit ton of smartphones you can get in this bracket, going from Androids to Apple devices. If you fancy an android, I strongly suggest you opt for some old flagships, preferably Samsung. The S20 plus is a good bargain and you'll be fortunately getting the last android update for their timeline. The S10 plus or 5g is Solid too but you're stuck on Android 12. If you're someone that doesn't care about OS and software updates, these are awesome devices, and will still be relevant 2-3 years from now. I would recommend other older flagships from other OEMs like the OnePlus 9 pro or but I can't vouch for their repairability in Ng. Pixel 5 is good too. You could also opt for midranges like the Redmi note 12 or 11 pro plus or something. You could check out those from Vivo as well, great devices. It really boils down to the kind of user you are. If you prefer an iphone, 11 lineup is a great deal. I think for some little extra quid you can pick up the 12. They're all awesome all round devices.

Infinix is doing what the good old days phone use to do for the consumer, good product at a good price point for anyone wanting to own a second phone for work or just a back up phone. It kind of disappointing to me that I just got there infinix note 12 2023 on January and this phone offer so much more just 6 months later. I hope infinix release a even better phone next year, so that I maybe can plan to update my other working phone.

The JBL Sound can be better appreciated using Mid Range to High End headphones for cleaner,crisper sound. You forgot to mention that as its a selling point of this unit. A Sound Test using headphones could have been better too.

Note 30 VIP is a great value for money when compared to the competition but the only thing that makes me hesitant to purchase is the lack of Android update. I have a Zero X Pro and still stuck with Android 11 as it came in the box.

Yea.. above 20w wireless charger get expensive really quick. But for this price, the phone being 50W capable is bonkers. Most brands that sell wireless charging capable phones rarely offer a charger as well. So a 15W is still ok. And 15W still enough for a place it and forget it ease of mind. If u are in a hurry, use the cable.

Yes but not aggressive. It was only from Palmstore. The phone gives you the option to mute the notifications if it notices you don't interact with them. But I just blocked its notification access and that was sorted. On the VIP however, I didn't need to do that.

Camon 20 Premier has the more versatile cameras. The Infinix does not have OIS, also doesn't get an ultra-wide I'll take 12GB 256GB. I can always expand my storage if I need more. I can't expand my physical RAM if I find that I need more multi-tasking power On being snappy I'd say they're pretty much on same level.
