I will pick the Redmi Note 9s over the Infinix Note 7 or the Note 8. I'd say the Infinix Note is a good device but its over priced and it has a poor design and cooling system which will be a big problem in the future

Please I need your help with something since yesterday if I'm using my Snapchat to do a video the next thing the infinix note 8 will just go off and on back by himself and start refusing the battery most times I might be doing something else on the phone the next thing the phone will go off by himself and on back then u will find out maby like 50 pasent will run down to 1 pasent or 0 pasent and go off it keeps doing that please what could be the problem please tell me

Hello please I need your help,I placed my note 8i somewhere standing it upright just to make use of the torchlight....but unknown to me there was some little water in that place and the water got into the speaker, charging port and ear phone port...... Initially the speaker stopped working but after drying it as much as I can by dipping in rice and forcing water out of it,the speaker started working fine again,but I do like to know if there is anything I should be worried about?.....I just got this device not quite long and I don't want to loose it,pls help me,what should I do to prevent future damage?

Take the device to a technician or preferably Carlcare so they can open it and clean it up from the inside. Else the water will either rust or build mucor inside which will eventually damage your phone.
