Hi guys, thanks for watching! Have you ever tried to develop your introverted intuition? And if yes, how?

I found this video interesting, because yes, I have tried to develop my introverted intuition, but in a different combination. It seems like what you're describing in this video is synthesizing ni with se. So, keeping the future oriented intuition firmly grounded in the concrete world. I tend to be too abstract. Great advice. : )

Oh my god! Thank you Wenzes! I didn't know I was not using Ni as an INFJ to this extent to help me unstick myself from my current situation. The segment you talked about on physical sensation or pain that we are most alert to get out of is so true. It just gives me another reason why I need to change and create a vision. I have been struggling with this only in the university and career aspect trying to choose what kind of path to take that's gonna lead me to have a certain kind of life I realistically and imaginatively see myself actually living in and feeling good about. It's been difficult that it caused me stress and anxiety. Due to this, I've been planning my schedule in order to feel accomplished and feel good every day and slowly take my time to envision the career and life aspects. Thank you, I really needed this :) I just didn't believe in myself that I could have a clear and good vision to strive for. This also relates to your worry video. I was placing so much attention to things that I can't control and feeling powerless and being unkind to myself. Thank you for your videos Wenzes!

Introverted Intuition is such a blessing/curse. It’s scary how we see people & even our path. Like our mind can go “look he’s lying!”, “you know you’re going the wrong path!”

Love that you made this video, to hear it put into words. It's hard to explain this kind of motivation to people who don't understand. This helps to put more language around what drives me. Thank you!!

This video was good for me because growing up, I had so many people pressuring me to develop my weaker qualities into (supposedly) strong ones. You mentioned that we often neglect developing our stronger function because we always knew it was strong - but I neglected it almost completely - to my own detriment. As I listened to you, I realize that I've had some intuitive promptings that haven't gone away - even through I tended to brush them aside. I'm taking these more seriously and am choosing to do a better job of listening to myself.

I'm an ENFJ and suddenly something makes a lot of sense. Sometimes when I'm upset I'll complain a little bit to a friend or whatever. Usually, when I'm upset, I have an insanely good reason to be. I.E. mental health, family problems, etc. Sometimes my complaints will make people seriously worried about me. Upon them voicing this, I feel my eyes light up and a grin spread across my face. Then I say, "oh, don't worry about it. I'll be fine. I always am." It's something I've always done because I know that I can always trust myself to get back up. I have so much fight in me and I never knew where it came from. I can also have a lot of self-control in some situations; that's another thing I'm going to thank Ni for because of how I use it. I can use Ni to keep my emotions in check sometimes. It's useful.

I tend to take my Ni for granted. It's so natural that we doesn't feel that it is even worth considering. But that's what push us and motivate us. Great video!👍

When I was very young someone invalidated my Ni because it was not "fact based." I began to not value this trait of mine and that rejection of Ni caused lots of issues. I am using my Ni more than ever now and I believe it is like a 'super power' as I know the definition. My Ni allows me to help myself and others, and it has prevented many bad things from happening. Those I confide in believe me more and more when they see tangible evidence, and so I'm able to help everyone that I'm close with and it's such a wonderful gift ♥️

I have strengthened my Ni by visualization techniques in meditation. I have created this entire new world inside of my mind, all from my creativity and introverted intuition. Visualization techniques about you at your happiest and healthiest strengthens Ni! When I started meditation is when I started to really get in touch with introverted intuition. Ni is where our power lies and we should definitely strengthen it daily. Thanks for the reminder Wenzes! :)

When it comes to my (NI) I stay pretty much like to stay in the moment. When opportunities I can only look what can be done that day and maybe the next. I love my life and do not want to think ahead so I can stay in the moment. I just try and keep my life simple. Great video. God bless

I'm not sure I like to think of my Ni for goal setting and working out a conventional wealthy future, I use it to explore interesting ideas and what might be but will never be, I find it a really pleasurable experience, which looks like idleness to outsiders, but the number of ideas I have and the manifestation of these ideas would take many lifetimes. I just enjoy the feeling I get from making the connections. I might use one or two to help me in my real life just to make money and live, but this is only the tip of the iceberg. Now I understand what it is I make time for it without feeling guilty. As the lady on iamsohappy channel says, "Just do you" and make sure you get out of your own way. I'll get my coat....

What if you are great at imagining but terrible at execution? Is this when it's best to make a vision board?
@Wenzes
@Wenzes 5 жыл бұрын
vision board and really plan it out! What do you have to do this year, month, week, day in order to get there...vision board is more about getting a better vision. My newest video is on procrastination, that might be helpful to you!

One of the puzzles I have about INFJs is that many report challenging lives. Yet you have this amazing gift of seeing thru Ni. It seems like it would make for a charmed life of able to make extremely good decisions and avoid poor outcomes. Any *constructive* thoughts on this would be welcome.

You are right, we get so Fe focused with our Ni that we can fall into the trap of helping others and neglecting ourselves, rather than using Ni to create a more positive outcome for ourselves.

Would you say NI is kind of like faith? Believing and working towards things that seem out of reach?

I thkink this not imagining applies to me. I'm so tired, or other extreme, excited, that I don't imagine very often. In past I used to imagine more but it lead to some very bad decisions (like getting a job in accountancy for a renowned company) so I cut it off. I actually imagined and did not listen to warning signs...

Actually I fear going too much in my Ni. I lose my touch with reality. I imagine all the things that I dream of was really happening.
@Wenzes
@Wenzes 5 жыл бұрын
nothing wrong with that, you can still put an emphasis on actually making them happen ;) just don't lose touch from reality to much! I have a video on SE in that regard coming out this week ;)
