I only just realized he says "bah bah bah boo, bah bah bah booooo" because he's a ghost. Ghosts stereotypically say "boo" or "booooo". A crooner ghost would sing, "bah bah bah boo, bah bah bah booooo". I now appreciate these bits even more.

LOL does Conan get a memory wipe everytime he encounters this ghost? Most other skits of a repetitive character he'd remember them, but apparently its always a surprise when Artie would return and sing his songs
