Over the next decade, re is gonna drop through the seventh layer of hell when priced in bitcoin. We purchased a condo for 180k in 2015 and it's 'worth' 325k now. It's bananas. So either the utility has gone way up or the dollar is a piece of rubbish. The game is ending.
