Natural market deflation is great. Saving (detering consumption) is encouraged. These funds are then used in productive, usually longer-term, ventures through investments & loans. In direct proportion to how demanded they are & how much consumption is detered.

@119mdazheruddin73 жыл бұрын
Inflation
@austinbyrd41643 жыл бұрын
@@119mdazheruddin7 no. Cheap inflationary credit gets allocated to undemanded/lesser demanded ventures, while at the same time more people are spending instead of saving. Bubbles in the economy form (along with our dependency on them), speculation & volatility increase, our time preference of consumption & production is worsed, inflationary pressure effects every price differently because of relative stickiness (so price signals are distorted), resources are misallocated, real wage growth is hindered because wages are more sticky, inequality increases as asset owners are granted artificial appreciation, & the poor are priced out of the market (forcing them into debt). Especially to buy assets like housing. Natural market deflation does the exact opposite. Saving (detering consumption) is encouraged. These funds are then used in productive ventures through investments & loans, in direct proportion to how demanded they are & how much consumption is detered.

Reflation ko explain krny ki zrort hai vo smj nhi aya??
@MONEYANDTIME4 жыл бұрын
Although too much inflation is a problem, deflation is an even greater problem to the economy. So much stimulus check and money have been pumped into the economy to mainly avoid a massive deflation. If inflation does not follow, more and more money will be pumped into the economy, basically until we all start spending.
@austinbyrd41643 жыл бұрын
The 'deflation' you're thinking of is that of a *credit crunch.* A painful, but necessary correction to the problems caused by cheap credit. What we speak of is natural market deflation. Where you simply have a scarce divisive currency, best chosen by the market. Throughout most of the 1800s we had some form of this through a gold & silver standard. We had constant deflation & extraordinarily fast growth in living standards for the common man. There's a reason it's called the industrial revolution & gilded age. That's when our country's industry was built. Natural market deflation is great. Saving (detering consumption) is encouraged. These funds are then used in productive, usually longer-term, ventures through investments & loans. In direct proportion to how demanded they are & how much consumption is detered. Stop shilling for coersive, unaccountable, corrupt buerocracy & at least listen to the arguments in the video lol.
