Alex I love the idea of you starting a podcast! I always gravitate towards your longer chatty videos for comfort. My son and I have the knee problem you have. When my son was little his elbow popped out of joint and the doctor at a clinic popped it back. He told me that my son would most likely have issues with his joints through his life…that some people, usually blue eyed blonde people are prone to this. Both of us have had knees go out of joint…and since I am older I have arthritis in my knees. Soooo, protect your joints girl!

Omg yes to the random knee popping. Dealt with that my whole life too and it’s so painful!
