This is an area of law am very much interested in, i hold a BSc in Information Systems Science and MBA in Total Quality Management, I recently got admission into the law, i will glad to intern with any law firm in the IT law concentration to learn more.

In IT before making any changes to an Operating System to troubleshoot it you must make backups . In a work environment, if you fail to make backups and user data is lost are you liable?
