How well would this work with NaNs as values? The stock market has transitions between highs and lows which would be the NaN's I'm referring too (non-high and non-low). Would the PropSparse 'see' the NaN's (or empty cells) as time series data that would be reduced? If that is the case would the Informer Transformer actually have any use on live stock market data? (If its reducing the series vectors?)
