Yes maximum after 14 days u will get call from HR to submit all ur documents so be alert in ur mobile and keep checking ur mails and regarding salary how much experience do u have , if u have 2 years of experience u can get 4 to 5 lakhs per annum, they will ask u to fill the form where in u can fill ur expected salary

1.After joining immediately on 3rd day you will get interview from various projects and once you are allocated in a project , you will get in to project you will get client interview within one or two weeks depending upon your project . 2.That depends on your project which you are getting into it. 3.Health allowance ,you will get in it will be shown in ur salary slip 4.45 k per month maximum as 2 to 3 k will be deducted for PF, professional tax etc

It will take some time to release your offer letter , until and unless your status will be shown as verification only , and when u r asked to submit ur documents then it means u r selected , coz same thing I cake across after submitting the documents it will take maximum 14 days for them to send u offer letter, keep checking ur mails + be alert on ur mobile as you may get a call from HR for confirmation of ur docs, package , experience etc

1.Criteria for joining bonus is that all lateral employees will get it in along with the first month of salary . 2. If your previous CTC is 4 lpa then request HR to give you atleast 15- 20% more than your last CTC 3.Your post will be System Engineer as your experience is less than 2 years , only after 2 years it will be Senior System Engineer
