Absolutely right, big employers like Infosys, TCS, WIPRO, IBM using contractors as their personal slaves as they control their H1B visa and further paperwork with contracts abroad. Infy (tcs, Wipro) is not lazy, it is just stuck to a particular business model. That is simply a cost arbitrage model. The top management is simply hoping for AI benefits to to eventually trickle down into their existing models rather than doing some actual innovation right now. This well might be the case and infy will get the 1-2 % qoq growth it is bragging about. The Truth is that Indian it sector has missed the AI bus way back last year itself. AI is a tech. Customers don't want tech, they need solutions. When the problem is solved without Ai, why do customers spend money on AI. Be practical. AI is a new wing. But we need to understand the use case. Tech is in his place but solving the problem with ai is different. Infosys is not lazy. They have different perspectives.

Coding is just parsing parameters now and choosing solution You can build app, webserver, database .... with AI now Programmers wont be useless, but someone like youwho does not see the horizon today will do Zomato delivery tomorrow
