Please make me correct if I am wrong but you explain wrong way soft assert and Hard asset. Hard Assertions (e.g., Assert.assertEquals): Used when the test should stop immediately if the assertion fails. Commonly applied in critical validations where a failure would make further steps meaningless. Soft Assertions (using libraries like SoftAssert in TestNG): Allows the test to continue executing even if an assertion fails. All soft assertions are reported at the end of the test. Useful in scenarios where multiple validations are needed, and it's okay to check everything before stopping.
