Is music system only connected with gaana. When i say play music, it says download gana. Will it not work with youtube music or spotify?

My i10 nios 2023 had volume limit of 100. Out of no where it has got limited to 70. Bluetooth or Android Car Play both. Any idea how to get rid of this setting.
