It worked!!! I accessed the home screen. Question: Is it necessary to reset the smartphone (at the end) before enabling google services since I think it would maybe be risky? thanks bro that was usefull, well for those who couldn't access to settings you need to be on google chrome to type Set, for me i had to access youtube and then help where it gave me the choice to choose a browser and then i was enable to access setting,, i am on 6.0.1 when i clicked on skip anyway it wouldn't work until i rebooted the phone.
