You have to get a certain amount of photos before it'll let you in, even with the code. That said, It's still worth a second playthrough.

Finally made it to the secret ending, yay ! Is the room with the railtrack at the end of the secret area accessible with a key from somewhere ? It's possible to take a photo of the green mushroom in there from behind the window but it looks like there's more to it.

You can acces it by taking Fotos of 90% of corruption documents and stuff then that scene happens
