Thank you for using the mini on a larger project. I was trying to decide if the mini would be a good pucharse for me. I don't want the larger heat press for many reasons. The fact that I can use it to press seams on my quilt projects is huge. But I also wanted to see if it would work for larger infusible ink projects. You really helped me out! Thanks!

I'm glad I saw your video!! In another I saw it was mentioned that with infusable ink you needed to press the whole design at the same time... so I was worried about that

Yes! It makes Infusible ink a little easier to try when you know how to handle problems that may happen!

This was so helpful!! I got the Joy for Christmas and have been so in love that I decided to get the Explore Air 2 ( picking it up today ahhhh!! ), and thanks to this video I opted for the EasyPress Mini. Yes! I would definitely recommend the heat resistant tape for extra help keeping it still!

Super Cute! It worked really well with the mini easy press. I use my mini quite a bit with HTV, i.e., monograms, small images on the baby bodysuits, etc. I’m going to have to attempt using the mini easy press with the Infusible Ink. So far, I’ve had success with Infusible Ink on t-shirts and baby bodysuits. But, I know my turn is coming when I’ll have a fail. So, I know that I can do some repair work with my mini. Thank you!

Yes, the mini is the best for repairs! It has saved me twice now! I feel like I have been super successful with t-shirts, but the other blanks needed little fixes with the mini to be perfect! Thankfully I've been able to save my projects, but it still makes me nervous! :)

So is it possible to do movement on projects using the 6x7 press? I know it’s not recommended but curious.

Great question, Rochelle! It's not recommended so I wouldn't. The Mini is designed for movement, and it's very clear that the larger presses need to remain completely still so I wouldn't try moving them. I am such a rule follower and don't want to risk ruining a project, so I haven't tried! :)

It turned out great! When I cut mine it cuts through the transfer tape in some places! Do you know maybe what setting I can try to fix the problem!

I’m not sure, I have had that happen a times but it didn’t do it to the entire design so I didn’t worry too much about it. As long as it isn’t cutting through the entire thing, you should be good! You can always try “less pressure” but then it might not cut enough.

Beautiful! I tried infusible ink for the first time last week with my 9 year old niece. We did it on the coasters! Worked brilliantly. However the cut line in the packaging is in the wrong spot as we made a scratch mark on one of the coasters so we needed to be more careful. I’ll definitely try it again on other things!

I haven’t and I’ll tell you why! To be honest, I’ve found the Cricut blanks to be amazing and haven’t found a need to look elsewhere since they work so well!
