I'd like one for Brits and Aussies - that makes them stop saying "HELEE-copter." It really, really sounds too close to their cute-slang for television, "telly." So the way they say it, sounds like a toy. When we Americans hear it, spoken SERIOUSLY, during a disaster video, or news where people have died - it's incredibly jarring. Oh, a toy helicopter crashed, but, people DIED!? In that context, I get angry, and think "stop saying it like it's a toy, respect the dead!"

Please stop with the “popcorn” ceilings already! If just looks like someone slapped a mop covered in plaster to their ceiling! It doesn’t look good and it’s harder to clean! And no amount of “but it cuts down on noise!” can justify how bad it looks and makes people want to scrape off all your hard work of installing it in the first place only to have to make a huge mess in doing so!

i think the entire channel is AI generated, not even the narrator knows what he is saying, example: "cuts a bucket lid into 3 pieces, tells: this will keep your mortar from drying out" dude really? how does it keep it from drying out?.
@justins21482
@justins21482 4 ай бұрын
prob means drying out on your trowel? obviously the mud in the bucket will eventually dry out and if you scrap on the sides you get dried mud on the side. Ive found that the mud that dries out the slowest is the mud at the bottom of the bucket with all the moisture in it. if you can scrape the mud off the trowel onto the side and then scrap the side and somehow get the mud back into the rest of it at the bottom, you are golden. this "hack" seems to simplify the matter by allowing you to scrape your excess at a central location where the bulk will fall back down into the majority at the bottom keeping your sides clean "-ish". most of the stuff in here is less "hack" and more "over-complication" of a minor issue.

Some are dangerous, some are wasteful, some will damage your tools and some of these are just how these tools are supposed to be used. These videos have two things in common - the narrator is horrible and the videos are stolen.

11:32 That drywall trick is one way to do it but i just cut a square around the hole, a slightly smaller square piece to repair and then any scrap sheetrock or wood or something. Put a screw in the scrap so you can hold it, insert it and hold it against the back side of the repair while you secure it with a couple more screws on the outside. Then screw in the piece and fill it in with joint compound. Sand. Repeat. Paint.

You do realize most of these are in countries where it is cheaper to get products than it is to get tools. Many come out with inventions because there is no choice. The problem with trying these in The States is that the products they use are sooooo much more expensive. Those beautiful tile are so expensive here, but an 8th of the price in those countries. Wood has gotten expensive, and as for building with recycled material....well....it's not like we can go to a location where they are kept and get them. If anyone is paying attention, these are mostly in Asian countries such as China, Malaysia, Vietnam, etc. where stronger glues have not been outlawed. They are stronger and better than we can get, and I am finding most of these videos as frustrating knowing there is no way to create most of these hacks. 😣😣We don't drink enough alcohol to get them!

7:09 Great idea! About the Guy with the Cardboard(?) shelter over his back and head, while working out on the roof in hot weather. Because it can be so hot out in the sun, especially while working on a roof, and it can be very taxing without proper attire, such as a big sun hat. Very worth it!

Why turn vertical videos into horizontal ones when almost all users watch videos from smartphones and tablets? Due to the transformation of vertical videos into horizontal ones, their quality deteriorates and it is not possible to view them in full screen! Vertical videos on monitors with the current huge resolution are just as convenient to watch as on smartphones and tablets!

@@nicfarrow And how does adding fields on the sides of vertical videos help you? This does not add to the convenience of viewing on any device, since the video still remains shot vertically, but due to the video margins it is impossible to watch the entire screen.
