Dacia needed the most attention among the conquered provinces due to its location and resources. so the roman presence must have been huge both as soldiers and colonists. and time is not a factor here. the Basques were in Rome for 4 and a half centuries but they were never latinised. the eastern provinces were also in Rome for a long time but they found it easier to speak greek(due to the greek empires of alexander macedon, ptolemy and seleucus). if conditions allow for this than it is not impossible for the Dacians to do it in 169 years or more. also i like how you portray Romania as this tiny aggressor that tries to take land from those innocent empires. Romania retaking Bessarabia from Russia? a crime. Romania retaking Dobrojua from the Ottomans? a crime. Romania retaking Bukovina from your Austrian brothers? a crime. Romania retaking Transylvania and Banat from the austro-hungarians? also a crime. also you still don't understand how procentages work. if china loses 1 million and Romania does the same than aromania loses more percentage wise(population 20 million with 5% reduction, china population 1.4 billion... i guess you get the point)
