Thank you for these work problems. Can you provide the source so i can do more of these problems? Also can you do ionization problems of drugs in different parts of the body?

Hi, in the example two i used the formula C=Co*e-k*t despejo Co=C/e-kt the answer is 1mg/L and 1mg/L*VD=200 mg, ke=0.693/3=0.231, (-0.231*6)= -1.386 in the calculator puch 2nd later ln =0.25, C=0.25, 0.25/0.25= 1mg/L=200 mg in 200 L.

The example three the same ke=0.693/1h Co=C/e-kt Co=(5mg/dL)/e-0.693*1 Co=(5mg/dL)/0.5)=10 mg/dL= 0.1mg/ml, La dosis de carga o que se tomó fue DC=CPo*VD, (0.1mg/ml*150ml)/0.5= 30 mg.
