can you please do a review of the Costco umbrella stroller? Also, how do you make an umbrella stroller newborn ready if that’s at all possible?

Thanks for the review!! I received this high chair from my registry. Is the crotch strap supposed to be adjustable? In the instructions it looks like there's supposed to be a plastic slider on the excess strap on the underside of the chair that keeps the crotch strap at a set length, but mine doesn't have the slider. Just wondering because I've never owned a high chair before! It's shown in step 26 in the English instructions
