Ingo 116km with Bobby. Scorching sun & Strava KOMs| Kakamega - Ekero - Buyangu & back

We cycled 116km under the scorching sun of Kakamega & Butere counties, we almost bonked 😅. The pace was fast, we took many KOMs and leaderboards including segments almost 30km long.
This is what it looks like to cycle from Kakamega to Ekero to Buyangu and back to Kakamega.

most definitely, I have been off the bike for some time now and I am now focused on managing our team. We have three strong boys long-listed for selection for the 2024 Olympic games and i am solely focused on them and i have to make sure that they perform well so they get selected. @@MosesAmira

you guys should come for the Tour de Windhoek here in Namibia, It is really the most fun, fast, aggressive race we have apart from the MTB desert dash at the end of the year... it attracts all teams of different fitness levels from south africa, Botswana, Angola and Zambia...
