Total failure of the government authorities. As the vendor rightly said, all these terms and conditions should have been told to them before they set up the tents after paying up ( every one knows who collect it) it's the responsibility of the municipality to ensure that everything is done as per rules.what the FDA is doing is total harassment...

Firstly the Concerned officer should be punished. They were sleeping all this days? For everything there is proper standard procedure. You have to first inform them properly before installing the stalls.

Don't blame the stall owners just because they are outsiders. If at all FDA and those supporting these raids are so much concerned then take action on the comittee who allott them the place to set-up food stalls without any questions about their licence. That felllow is very much correct on his part.

How facility is provided by the organisers to build a proper kitchen... Any temp water and drainage connection around that they can use ... FDA is another govt body that has suddenly woken up by the govt to collect funds for them .
