This inaction makes you wonder if these bodies are really serving their purpose or if they're just non-performing assets. The fact that civilians have to take matters into their own hands and approach the court for justice is a clear indication of the system's failure. It's like we're saying that the governance bodies are not capable of doing their job, and that's a pretty bleak picture.
