Police should first investigate whether the driver is local goan or employee. Most of the owners in the name of local appoint outstation Driver's depriving the local needy of livelihood. Business doing people should have a tour operation licenses and permits like any other Business Occupation. Also bills should be provided compulsory. Meters should be compulsory. Small populated states should not be allowed to hold the people of the country at random. If people don't drive their own vehicle's how will there be competition. Travel should be cheap everywhere in the country. Love goa and its people. Few people spoil the visits of tourist especially being Rude, in this service industry.
