This is fantastic. I’ve been waiting a while for this video. I really like how this gives you a clear idea of the work involved getting set up. Can’t wait for the next video. Stay safe and good luck out there 👍👍😎

Boys! wear a harness and use a linesmans belt or a lifeline - Makes hanging tree stands so much easier and so much safer. Most hunting accidents happen in treestands and hanging them is the most dangerous part! Looking forward to the series, loved season 1!

I think this is going to be a common theme... We’ve always thought that the way we do it must just be the way to get it done and that this is the way everyone does it. Thanks for the info we will definitely have to try something like that out this year. Thanks for watching

Nice! We use linemans harness to hang tree stands. Makes it a lot easier to have 2 free hands.

That's a great idea! never crossed our minds. just thought.... well this must be the way you do it ha ha

Already said but worth saying again. A lineman's harness when hanging stands makes it easier and definitely safer.

Now that would probably be the smart thing to use. 😉. Always tricky for us. great advice!

I ran baits for two years and never killed a bear or seen a bear on the bait in person. Thousands of pictures of them. Props to the guys who get it done on baits!

I've always wondered what goes into setting up bait sites! Figured it must be a ton of work, and it certainly looks like it!! I'm curious, how does one buy a barrel of peanut butter? haha :D And, what is that liquid stuff you pour on it at the end??
@themtnexperience3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching. It’s always a lot of work but so rewarding when a bear comes in. We bought that barrel of peanut butter from Boarmasters. They have bulk bait as well as attractants. The liquid is just a sweetener that has a very strong smell that the bears love!

When you guy's do a spot and stalk bear hunt what elevation are you hunting? #hardcorehuntingAZ
@themtnexperience3 жыл бұрын
It varies but the last few seasons we’ve been anywhere from 2,000 to 6,000 most of the bears we see are around the 4500 mark
