Sir midpoint of inguinal ligament is different and mid inguinal point is different..Here we wil mainly talk about mid inguinal point..... Superficial epigastric artery(femoral artery branch) and inferior epigastric artery (external illiac artey branch)are both different You were saying Superficial epigastric artery but in notes there was inferior epigastric artery IEA in correct
