I am 69 going on 70, and to be honest this is the first band of this generation that has grabbed my attention from the first note. I close my eyes and Elijah sounds so much like his Dad, and supremely talented on his own merits. Long may they prosper. I look forward to seeing them in New Zealand one day.

I was in the crowd one week ago. My girlfriend said to me that the singer reminded her of Bono. To me he looked like a taller Frodo (we were both a bit tipsy). Just checked. She was right. He's actually his son. Hope to see the band headlining a big festival soon. Their set was great.

Ok , so my first concert ever was 1985 Unforgettable Fire so of course he reminds me of his father. With that being said they're completely different. What I really liked was The Scots taking to this band. My father was from Dumbarton. I look 4ward to them coming to America. Rock n Roll needs a kick in the ass.

Elijah looks and moves more like Jeff Buckley's lost son. Buckley died in 1996, maybe his soul made its way to Eli. A distant don't care authenticity that is quite different from Bono ( the cowboy hats, those wrap-around glasses). Hear traces of Jeff Buckley in some of Eli's vocal style as well.

Technically they're good but they're boring. There's no real showmanship on display just guys strolling around casually with guitars. There is no real excitement in this performance. It's all just too comfortable. No sense of a band making the moment special. It's the same with most of the videos I've seen of them. There are more interesting live acts around. Unless they add some excitement and magic to their performances, I'll just keep listening to the album because it's more satisfying.
@conorbrowne55873 жыл бұрын
There doing a lot more with their life than u lying at home scratching your Balls! 😂A new band out there. I saw Coldplay in slane in 2001 supporting U2. Look how they panned out Einstein! 😅
@eugenedeane97313 жыл бұрын
@@conorbrowne5587 My comments are about Inhaler, not anyone else. I'm not interested in Inhaler being big or being the next Coldplay or whatever. I want Inhaler to be exciting live if I decide to go to see them. They have released a good solid album but they need to be better live. They may end up being as big as Coldplay and bigger but if they're not exciting and interesting, then they just become another money making band.

You're partially right, but they're a new band they have to learn a lot of things yet. But I love them
