Juffrouw is the Dutch equvolant of what in English is Miss. when that back in the days was the denonym of an unmarried lady instead of Mrs. which is equivlant to Dutch mevrouw. Nowadays every lady in Dutch is a mevrouw (Mrs.). While in the Enlish language Miss seems to be used for married lady's as well so we have undergone a kind of lingualisticly reversed inclusiveness.
