こんにちは😃 おかえりなさい🇯🇵 インドネシアが大好きで見させてもらってます。 🍱赤いのは しば漬けShibazuke(pickles) 茄子を主体に乳酸発酵させたもので塩漬に分類される漬物。千枚漬けと並んで京都の三大漬物と言われてます。(A pickle that is lactic acid fermented mainly with eggplant and is classified as salted. It is said to be one of the three major pickles in Kyoto along with Senmaizuke.)
