* scripture yes. But it helps to know the author. Which is I think the reason that people are so much in error about many things they think was taught in the bible. "Thou Shalt not Judge", isn't a commandment, but it's odd that virtually everybody think it's is. All those misconceptions could fill a book onto themselves.

I completely left the charismatic beliefs after listening to the Clouds without water on KZbin and after listening to Paul Washer, Ray Comfort, Justin Peters and John MaArrthur speaking the Gospel I became terrified of going to hell. And on November 26th 2022 I couldn't take it anymore and asked God to save me. I believe I was saved because of what the Bible says; that those of us who go to Him, He will not cast us out. I didn't accept Christ into my heart; I said to Him that I know what the Bible says about following Him, that it might even cost my life and I asked Him to count me in. We can say that I begged Him to accept me into his family.

It's been two days I haven't had a drink of alcohol. I'm keeping my eyes on Jesus, not looking to the left, or right, running the good race, and fighting the good fight. (Matthew 7:1-5 )is talking about 2 believers. Of course,( 1st John 4:1-6) tells us to test the spirits to see if someone is a believer, But we are to judge the world as we read at the end of (Matthew 28). The judgment is God's truth imputed through us via the Holy Spirit and out our mouths to those who walk in darkness. We have judgments on all things righteous in Christ Jesus(1st Corinthians 2:15).

as a Christian. I've had a lot of nihilistic feelings and thinking for a long time, and it's worse because i'm Autistic. And since I'm autistic, the way my life has been. The way my life has been. He would be forgotten and never remembered. And from those feelings gave birth for Caesar's desire for conquest. And to be like alexander I have often Pleaded with God for years. Or just strictly told him I hate my life But I wish I could live in the past. Live a different life in be like that was great, conquerors and generals and warriors of the past. I'm a history nerd and I love conquest I could fit more into the past Then I would in the modern world I am not ignorant what I say because I'm a historynerd and I know how people lived I've I know more about history than people know about their own languages. I have just wanted a life that had more meaning and had more things for me to do And and not have a life that turns to dust I just know I could have done more if I was given a chance In a different Point in history I just know There were so many lives I could have lived and it would of been better

AMPC Women can teach other women, but women are not called to teach or excise authority over men, God has established an order. A man (husband) is to be the Spiritual leader of the family. Not really. Someone who is in some of tbose groups migjt be saved, but that's simply because they're unaware of what they teach. A person in them might have an understanding of the gospel, but that will be in spite of those group's teachings, not because of them. If someone is word faith or catholic, knows and believes the things taught in those groups, then they will not be saved, because they contradict the one true gospel that does save. The Point Perhaps, Is that We as Christians receive Spiritual truth From God. Its The Spirit of Truth that only God can give. The only way to receive that Spirit is by hearing about Christ (Gospel). Its Then Left to God to Work in that Persons Heart as He sees fit to bring them to Salvation . According to His Will for us. So Any attempt to Interpret His Word Any greater than the men that wrote it. Is Carnal and does NOTHING to bring them to know God any faster. And indeed becomes a stumbling block to the Spirit's Attempt ant interpreting His Own Word to you. So in this Both sides of a debate are Carnal. Because there is only ONE Spiritual truth and its given by God alone. So the best we can do is to tell the GOSPEL of Christ. This Is why Jesus Sayed "Preach the Gospel" .. He did not command us to interpret Spiritual meaning of His Words. He Already gave us His Word. Its Him we Need, and Only God can open the eyes to See Him in Scripture to the saving of the soul threw a Faith that is no longer your own, but Christ in You. Its His Faith the Father excepts. Its His Sinless body that is Within you. You yourself are a sinner. But Christ in you, are sinless in the eyes of the Father. So We are to tell the gospel, (Shine the light of Who Christ is) Then if they don't except it, walk away. You gave the light, now God Begins His Work in their heart. So when we understand that, then we also understand why others are in darkness to the scripture. and when we judge them according to their carnal understanding, we judge because it must go against our own.. Because in truth (it being the same Spiritual truth in Everyone, given) their is Not greater Knowlege. Its Spiritual, and its a truth that brings our faith to God. Its a Work of God alone. So anything else OUTSIDE of giving the good news, our job is done. If someone has a message outside of the Gospel, (and they are Human) its either known and understood as spiritual truth by the one who understands the same truth. or its Carnal and pertains to our Physical lives.. SO in that their is no judgement. Because only God can Judge Spiritual things, the carnal mind don't even know the half of it. So in this, we don't judge because we too were in darkness, until God opened the eyes and ears.. All we are to do is judge what comes out of the mouth. To know rather it be carnal or spiritual. if its not spiritual (Something to do with Christ) its Usually Carnal.. Because even if we are given spiritual truth, the minute it comes out of our mouth, its not understood by the listener as such until or else God allow it. Do you see How now its God who then judges. the Spiritual from the Carnal. If you judge Carnally, then God must judge you the same. But in truth, we don't need to judge, we know why they have it wrong and avoid them, because ultimately its a Work of God in them. All you can do is direct them, to Christ.

Beyond that, it depends on the circumstances a person might be put in, that you were not put in. If you read the entire passage, the conclusion you have to make is the fact that your exposure and circumstances are often different than others. So, to say I can judge because the claim is I didn't make the same errors, is also counter-intuitive, and really comes off stone-cold biased. Think about it.

Matt 7 says that you will be judged by the standards you use to judge others. It also says that you are to use righteous judgement. Those jho claim they know other men's hearts or call others damned merely because of doctrines they object to are rarely walking in love. But while we are here it is our duty not only within the church, but against all evil. We are not called to be cowards, to sweet talk sin. David says in the Psalms, "I hate your enemies Lord. I hate them with a hatred that knows no bounds." (Norwegian translation). Jesus says "I give you power to tread on scorpions, and all the power of the enemy. If you drink deadly poison, it shall not harm you... (This must not be taken literally 😂, but is easily seen spiritually. The world needs us more than ever as SALT. It means fighting all injustice, and sometimes trampling on the enemy. AND deal with false teachers. Take no part in the works of darkness, for they bear no fruit. Reveal them instead! This best selling book is read by many in the Charismatic movements like it is a Biblical study of David and Saul. It is fable based on their story with so many descriptions taken as prescriptions. It ignores all instructions regarding discernment and testing the spirits. I think you would find it a great book to refute Biblically and warn people against.

The context is merciless, hypocritical judgment. Righteous judgment is dealing with your own sin first (the beam) so that, in humility, grace, and love you can help your brother/sister in Christ to see the sin (splinter) in their life.

A good quick response to the misuse of Matthew 7:1 is, "Why are you judging me?" 🙂 It's not a substitute for searching the Scriptures, but it can sometimes get someone to stop and think.

Another helpful video. RE: the Barong... I was a little guy in the 50s living in Hawaii (Dad was Navy) and many began wearing it in school. Loved my shirts then. I had a Filipino American classmate in CA in the 60s who wore one to school. I told him we wore them in Hawaii years before and showed him a photo of my dad & I wearing ours while there. Without saying anything, he brought me two as gifts for my dad and I a few days later. Gracious family. They tried teaching me Tagalog. Gracious and patient too.

Thank you Justin for your help this week in response to my own "church" having false teachers. It has been 18 months of diving into Scripture and watching John MacArthur, your "Clouds Without Water", Steve Lawson, Paul Washer, John Piper and all the archived Strange Fire, Cessation Conference, Reformation Conference most recently. My wife and I have brought these teachings to the attention of the elders and pastor without any success and actually with criticism and much resistance and patronizing. Finally, Justin sort of made it clear to me this week that if one of your Elders is trusting Myles Munroe over the Word of God, we need to run. By faith we are in search of a Grace Church over the next few weeks or months and trust He will lead us to truth. Keep following the Lord and God Bless.
