Very impressive set. They should include the details on the front door too. It will be more awesome. The roof top can put battery and leds. Very nice for light installation and from the video i suggest maybe put size 1:35 CAda ae86 car next to it. 😊

I finally got to build this set! For some reason my version, the little bonus plaque has a different print, yours said 25th anniversary, mine says initial D! Very solid set!

Hey man...I just wanna say I came upon this video a couple days ago cause I just watched the Initial D anime and is interested in this set. I thought you looked fricking familiar and couldn't quite put a finger on it...then I saw your video with Shannon Lee..I'm like wow..you got her on. Then I just now kinda put one and one together and realized who you were while I was in the john lol...I'm a huge fan of your dad and your uncles. I was just listening to " here comes the god of fortune" a couple days ago for Chinese New Year lol.

Hahah that's great. Fun how you put it all together. I did one video, I think I titled it Lego guitar, where I spoke about myself more for those who didn't know. Anyway, yea the set is awesome, get it if you can. The signboard is just brick pieces with a sticker, I think you could get a led strip and line it up more underneath it. Should be fine! Hope it works out for you!

I recognized the person in the drawing right from the start (good jon there)! Initial-D is good movie (The anime series is amazing as well). I always loved how they made the Toyota AE86 Trueno look popular. I do have 2 sets with that car and one is the version from Cada with motorised option (only replaced the wheels to black on mine to make it look more like the one in the movie) and I got one from another brand (Quan Guan Racing series) that includes minifigures with bendable knees. I know Cada from the Technic like sets and to see them do something totally different is amazing. Too bad they didn't include any minifigures, but their brick quality is very good. So this is a set i really want to add to my collection in the future!

so the white bowl at the entrance is a sink and mirror in the show it was used in the shop so customers could wash their hands before they get their food because Bunta (the owner) doesn’t have a public bathroom because it’s his house

No they are not genuine Lego bricks. The brand that you see manufacture their own bricks (which is legal) and have license deals with Initial D and a few other companies and designers. Brickitect did a few Cada reviews which is worth checking out.
