For those unaware, the original Wild Reputation was released all the way back in 1990 on Super Eurobeat Vol. 9 under The Big Brother alias. (Dave Rodgers is The Big Brother). The original is considered one of the most important songs of early 90s eurobeat and appeared on numerous Super Eurobeat anniversary volumes. Most eurobeat remakes don't touch the original versions, but this one is epic in ways that the original isn't. They both have their strengths though.

Takumi would have lost against Sakamoto as the only reason he was able to keep up was because of his control in the rain. As for Keisuke's battle again Wataru, not too different because the course would still be extremely curvy, which still gives Wataru the advantage. However the spinning out may not have happened.

Sure, the spinning out wouldn't have happened probably but the spinning out happened cuz of lack of focus on Wataru's side, and that would've happened to either of them at some point, where the "dissapointingly fast" moment would happen.
