I hooked mine up today, and it's all powered and stuff, radio working, Bluetooth working, etc. But, I can't get the A/C controls to show up. Waiting on DO to call me back.

Yeah that happened to me. I had to disconnect everything and redo it and it popped up.

@@mistermanage1119 when you say "redo" it, what exactly did that entail?? Disconnect all the harnesses and everything, or factory reset?? I'd like to get it done by tomorrow. Any help you could give would be appreciated.
@mistermanage1119 Жыл бұрын
@@Bugkiller08 Yes, disconnect everything and start over. Or try a factory reset.

My subwoofer/amplifier set up was installed before I did this radio. After I installed the Radio, it still works. But I want to connect the amplifier/subwoofer to the Radio so I can balance it directly. What do I need to buy man? What conversion/adapter plug?
@mistermanage11192 жыл бұрын
I have a link to what you need in the description of my radio install video. It's just a y connector from amazon. Plug it in and plug your RCA's into it. Right now they are probably in a high low convertor.

Where did you get the USB connection for the center console? My USB plugs don't seem to be working after the digital octopus install. I watched the install video for it but I didn't see the link anywhere.
@mistermanage11192 жыл бұрын
Your USB wont work after the install because it was programmed into the factory head unit I believe. The link is in the video description.

Hey maybe you can help me. Which plug did you connect the backup cam to to get it working? Is the video output plug or the backup cam plug on the back of the radio? I've got 3 video (yellow) connections on the back of my radio.
@mistermanage11192 жыл бұрын
I did not plug in any video cables because I did not have any backup camera that I installed. I have the factory one and it still displayed in the rearview mirror like it should.
@alexandrostheodorou83872 жыл бұрын
Its the yellow one on top. If your using a factory backup camera you need to buy, a conversation piece. Its $15 and it works just fine.
@mistermanage11192 жыл бұрын
@@alexandrostheodorou8387 Again, I did NOT buy anything else. The factory one still displays in the rearview mirror just fine. If you want it to display on the radio instead, that is a different story. Please be specific as to what you're saying so you do not confuse anyone else reading your comment.

@@mistermanage1119 he’s referring to the Camaros that come stock with a touch screen, not the small screen radio in the 2010-2011’s. He’s wanting to know where to connect the oem backup camera to the new radio.

@@Feverz_ Oh I see, Yeah I do not know. I would assume there is a plug or kit that should come with it.
