Initial thoughts on the Evo Leva by advanced Coffee solutions

Here I just walk through a shot and a bit about the temp profile and pressure gauge. A few initial thoughts. My video was 40 minutes long of thoughts and talking…. So hopefully this is short enough to be watchable.

In a true lever temperature drops during flow .One of the unique features of a lever.

Along with that though is that your 2nd and 3rd shot are usually hotter than the first. This doesn’t seem to have that issue.

@@bakeblaker01 Not really.There are many modern levels out there that are pretty stable these days. But great machine.Enjoy.

@@pietjepuk5427 I don't have it anymore. I think with medium and darker roast coffee having a declining temp profile during the shot is probably a good thing. Where this may shine is when people are getting into very light roast coffee. You can also play with rising temp profiles with this machine during the shot although it takes timing and attention. I don't really play with roast lighter than a standard light or med-light so I don't know much about that anyway. But I have read some people like to play with constant temp during pulls.

The quick heat up time on this machine has me intrigued.

Ya it was real fast. Those group cartridge heaters did a fantastic job getting that huge group to temp.

Yes I have it hooked up to water mains now. It fills the tank actually with a level float.
