Good video here. I have the Energizer 20,000 mAh which is very similar, but also has micro-USB for charging - as well as USB-C input As the percentage display is a great idea.

All power banks have a lower usable capacity than the advertised one. As a general rule of thumb, you can estimate the real capacity to be 25% lower, but this will vary from model to model. For more info, check out this article: www.powerbankexpert.com/real-battery-capacity/

Someone on Amazon wrote that this pb ruined his Nintendo Switch battery. It is possible that these kind of pb are going to degrade our devices batteries?

It sounds unplausible to me. There are so many things that can ruin a battery. But until now I haven't heard of power banks ruining the battery of other devices, although it might be possible. Most likely that user had another issue that happened in the same period they started to use the power bank and concluded that it was the main cause. But you should always be careful when charging your devices, regardless if you're using a power bank or a wall outlet. It's generally recommended to remove the charger once the battery hits 100% or even 80%. It's generally better for the life of the battery to charge up to 80% instead of 100%. Also, try not to use the device and charge it at the same time. This will cause the device to heat up more than it usually does and this can also hurt the battery life.

Do you mean how to charge the power bank? Just plug your phone charger into it.

I know that’s a big duh your money is gone :-) I knew that it needed to be charged with the cable, but my cable wasn’t working for some reason and I thought I was doing something wrong. I ended up ordering another cable from Amazon, even though I had only bought this charger about six or eight months ago, but the new cable is working :-). Thank you for answering me though :-) it’s working fine now :-)
