I think pippa knew that puppy 3 was gone as it came out. She mothered her live baby so fast, but not puppy 3.

Aww so sad, Pippa lost three of her babies. 😰 It's wonderful that she has one alive to love and care for. 💕 The vet and nurses did a great job.

I was very, very sad when I heard my dad say she was my dog was supposed to have eight puppies, but the got absorbed in her belly in the last time we got her bread all of her puppies got absorbed like something wrong with her puppy cause the boy puppies legs are messed up. The other puppy didn’t even get to see because she passed away. I don’t know what’s wrong with my dogs puppies and they’re in by the way she is an American bully.

Pippa’s eyes are strange. Makes me wonder if she might have a thyroid or other health issue that might have contributed to the death of 3 of her 4 puppies.

I think her eye may just be that pippa is very stressed. (I’m not a animal expert so idk)

It’s because the vets are petting her while she’s moving her head around. Her eyes are fine

Why didn't they do a c-section right away

They try to get them to have them naturally first if possible, a c-section is very invasive and not very fun..the dog didn’t require a c-section, she had them all.

C-Sections are extremely invasive and can pose a serious risk to both mother and pup. Unlike human C-Sections, dogs must go under FULL anesthetia which creates a serious risk for puppies. Vets try to avoid them if possible.
