I don't know all the facts about this case,but you can't deny that a man died because the penny guy cut his breath or circulation, maybe not right away, but nevertheless, he still died, I wish I had been on that jury, things would have gone differently.

The whole point of the Penny prosecution was to make people think twice before acting, getting involved in similar situations in the subway. Odds are Neeley was just blowing off steam . But each person has to access the threat and do what they think they should. For me going forward if I'm in a similar situation in the subway? Knowing what I know now I'm going to put as much distance between me and the threat as fast as I can.
