I do appreciate to download Very useful and easily understanding videos . If you can make another video how to adjust scew position, residence area and cuscine area.. injection pressure and speed,hold pressure and time etc etc. Water temperature for polipropilene,ABS,FB,POM metrial.

Can you not use mould protection settings to stop the mould from closing in automatic mode if a moulding has come out of place?

Yes, you can but there can be a limmit for thin small pieces if your clamp is way oversized. The 250 ton toggle clamp cannot detect a soft 1 mm tall parts in it's back pressure,,,usually. Thanks for watching

If the operator manages to figure this out , suggest you make a mold of her and replicate fast for export , then retire. 👌

This process is too complicated and it is too easy to make a mistake. I hope your operator is someone who is very careful. 90% of the workers that I have met in my life would probably ruin your mold within a week, half within a day. I find it more profitable to work in my shop solo.

The process seems complicated but the main principle of injection molding is actually queit easy if you have a good understanding of how things work, I’ve been a Process Mold Technician now for 3 months and I applied for the position with zero experience, got the job got the training on how the machine works and now I’m running a clean room Class 8 level 7 clean room by myself, it’s not as hard as it seems. I love this channel keep up the awesome videos, I’ve been learning a few things watching your videos
