Thank you for the video, I have changed them myself now. If anyone wonders about torques, for tensioner bolt it's 8Nm plus additional 270 degrees. For fuel line bolts it's 28Nm. If you have air in fuel system, try to prime it by pressing the on button and then off after 4 seconds without the clutch depressed around 7 times and then start the engine. For me the engine started around after 8 seconds 👍

Golf 6 1.6 TDI I have the same problem, I changed the injectors with new ones and seals but fuel doesn't come out from the lines of the injectors. Do you have any idea what it could be? The seals are new

What the reason you need to change injector, not starting or you injector seal to due injector change?

Was the car using much oil? Have the same problem with a vrs

If you want to buy just copper washer local part shop, but other rubber seal you have go dealer to order as complete set

I have inquired with a VW specialist. I wanted to have the repair done by them. They say that the injectors are very sensitive and often break. The VW dealers also suffer from this, so I don't really know what to do. What brand were your injectors?

I did this and now my car won't start. I tink all injectors are stuck... I just replace the rubber part, put it back and bam, not working

@@kristof1101 yes. There was a problem when I put the injectors back. I put the electric connector on the injector before bleeding and air got stuck in injectors. I take them to a specialist, unlock the Injectors, put it back. I leave the screw of fuel line on every injectors loose, without the power supply connected to injectors. I start to crank the car, and when diesel fuel come to injectors, I start to tight the screws. I put the power supply again and the car start instantly

@@UNINVITED66 So to bleed, I need to disconnect power to injectors. Untighten the screw for the fuel lines. Then start cranking. Once diesel starts coming out, tighten them again. Any other tips? Also Which is the power supply? IS it the one connector at the top of each injector or is there a different one? Thank you!
