Yer Gladiator is starting to come along now m8y. Depending on the overall weight, I'd try either the "green" or "blue" silicone inserts from Injora. I use the blue ones on a 10.3lb rig and find they work great. I also use an Injora servo winch which has all the torque you'll want imo.
