We usually do, but for this summer season, we’ve actually had more than half the team as new substitutes every year. So this is one of the few IV seasons, where we don’t have a core team since we had so many players in and out.

Hey sir i want your help reply me soon as possible regarding my serious issue. The matter is that whenever i do my 3 step approach after the penultimate step i just do a skip (a small step with that penultimate foot) and then my block step doesn't feel strongly applied. This is causing my speed to fall down help me to increase my potential. Thank you ❤
