A lot of them understands what he is trying to say. Thought that was obvious. Even then, most of it still fix in. Like when Bizarro tells Enchantress "You can not loss", meaning she will loss, and she saids, "Not even on my worst day". You can take that as her understanding what he is saying, which is more likely for someone like her, or she took the meaning literally. Either way, it still fix in. Also, sometimes he talking normally as well. Or when he uses "am" in his sentence, that often means he means what he says. He`s not consistent, but that`s the point.
