I have no problems with Captain Cold being a hero. Hell he’s a good villain, he has a code for his Rouges no killing including cops and superheroes, no drugs, no harming or taking advantage of women or children or the mentally ill. An exception can be made for killing only when absolutely necessary to either protect yourself or for personal revenge
