Mitchell Stucky Captain Cold is a criminal who's got an ice gun in order to defeat the Flash. Mister Freeze in the over hand is a tragic villain that only tried to save his wife and he had a bad luck that made him the guy we know today. I'm happy to see that Captain Cold finally gets the honor he deserve in this game because he isn't popular like Mister Freeze and he's not another Bat Man Villain. Some times we need to see somthing new in the games and some of the Flash's villains are awsome in thier own way (like Reverse Flash/Proffesor Zoom, Gorilla Grodd and Captain Cold himself).

Mr Freeze - Enemy of the Batman. Formally portrayed as a common criminal scientist, he was given a new and perfect tragic backstory. Born Victor Fries (pronounced Freeze), he had a rough life. His parents, (mostly his father) were abusive to him, which increased after he started freezing animals as a way to preserve them. They sent him to a strict boarding school, where he became a social outcast. He finally found warmth in his wife, Nora. And then she became ill. He started working for Gothcorp and its corrupt CEO Ferris Boyle, in exchange for her treatment. He, ultimately and illegally froze Nora to preserve her body until a cure was found. But Boyle dicovered his actions and tried to shut Nora's machine down. In a scuffle with him, Freeze was drenched in cryogenic chemicals which caused him to be unable to survive outside subzero temperatures, so he made a cryo suit and a freeze gun and became Mr Freeze. After Batman stopped him from killing Boyle, although he also exposed his crimes against Victor and Nora, Freeze became his enemy. He mainly has only one goal: save his frozen love from death and kill anyone who tries to stop him, especially Batman. Captain Cold - Enemy of The Flash. Born Leonard Snart, Cold and his loving sister Lisa were abused by their father and found solace with his grandfather, who was an ice cream truck driver. After his death, Snart became a career criminal, leading a gang who were all defeated by the Flash. Imprisoned, Snart vowed to defeat the Flash. He first tried to make a weapon out of a cyclotron to defeat him but instead made a weapon that freezes the moisture around the target. He then became Captain Cold, one of the Flash's more well known enemies. He would later form the Rogues, a team of Flash villains, including Lisa/Golden Glider, Heat Wave, The Top, Weather Wizard, Captain Boomerang, Mirror Master etc. Cold cares about three things : money, women and beating the Flash. So, out of the two villains, Mr Freeze is the best. He is the one dedicated to the ice gimmick. Also because it's not just a gimmick. He literally can't live without the cold. He is also more tragic than Cold since he has always suffered. His childhood was ten times worse than Snart's. Now, his life is spent worrying about and trying to save Nora. Cold, on the other hand, uses the ice as merely a weapon for money and doesnt actually relate to it much. He is also well beyond his tragedy and in many versions, like the Flash TV show, kills his father as revenge. His only loyalty to the ice gimmick is being cold-hearted. Otherwise, he is a mere crook with a powerful weapon. As a sidenote, here Mr Freeze has been underdressed while Cold is overdressed. Freeze is the one who wears a complete body covering armoured suit with a glass helmet and Cold wears a simple parka. Freeze's costume here is based on the DC's New 52 comics (one of his worst depictions) and he is missing his signature glass helmet. Freeze is the 'cooler' one.
