Barry I might forgive, but Hal should've never been given another chance. He had a hand in the massacre of the GL Corps. Literally ripped Guy's arms off. Dude should've been executed for his crimes. Same goes for Harley. Oh, but she suddenly feels sorry for nuking an entire city, having a hand in killing Grayson, and causing this whole war so that makes it all okay.

3 months late, but it has two health bars because thars how they designed the game - some fighting games have more than just one health bar. And those extra bars are like what you fill up in Street Fighter to activate your special move. You can fill it up by pulling of combos, but it fills up faster when you take damage.
