I kind of doubt he's actually controlling Starfire here. There's an option in character customization that's called AI Loadout. You can adjust the AI Attributes and have them fight for you. I think that's what he was doing here.

Ah really? I love starfire, but her combos in this game are visually boring. Her moves in DC Legends are also visually boring. They could have done much better. Her fights in Teen Titans were a million times more entertaining than her in-game move sets. I would have loved to see some green punch combos, and more eye beam inaction.
